The Short Version

1. Services that are offered by sellers on MarketingTide are called "Gigs"
2. Gigs on Gigbucks are offered for a fixed price of $3, $5, $8, $10, $13, $15, $18, $20, $25, $30, $40, $50, $75, $100 (United States Dollars)
3. Only registered users can buy and sell on MarketingTide. Registration is free!
4. You may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through MarketingTide. Gigs should be ordered using the 'Order Now' button.
5. Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the seller in the gig description.
6. No adult, warez, or illegal services/products!

The Long Version

Seller

General Terms

• You must register for a free account in order to sell gigs on  MarketingTide.
• "Gigs" refers to products and services being sold.
• Gigs may be priced at $3, $5, $8, $10, $13, $15, $18, $20, $25, $30, $40, $50, $75, $100 (United States Dollars)

• All identities on MarketingTide are to be kept anonymous. No exchanging email or other contact information.
• No direct payments for gigs bought and sold on MarketingTide are allowed.
• All material posted on this site must be original and the owner of the poster; no copyrighted, adult audience, violent content or offensive material will be allowed.
• Posting any prohibited content or disobeying the above rules will result in your account being permanently terminated.

Payments

• Buyers purchasing a gig are required to pay in advance.
• Once the product or service is completed and sent to the buyer, seller amount will be deposited into your MarketingTide balance
• Once you have a balance in your account, you will be able to request a withdrawal via Paypal.
• Please allow up to 72 hours for payout requests to be processed

The Order Process

• If a buyer purchases a gig from you, an email will be sent to you; you can then either Accept or Reject the purchase. If you are unable to handle orders for a period of time, you can temporarily cancel your gigs from your user control panel.
• If you have not responded to the email within 240 hours MarketingTide will automatically cancel the order.
• You can increase your positive feedbacks by responding to order requests quickly.

Staying away from trouble

• Sellers' and buyers' identity is kept anonymous. Requesting or providing Email addresses, IM/Skype usernames or any other personal contact details (other than your name) is prohibited.
• All communications, information and files exchange should be performed exclusively using MarketingTide.com messaging system. 
• Posting or sending copyright protected, adult, illegal, rude, abusive, promotional, spam, violent, nonsense or any improper material is strictly prohibited. Doing so will get your account blocked permanently.

Delivering Orders

• To protect users’ privacy, all communication on MarketingTide must go through MarketingTide's mail system.
• All users are responsible for file contents; MarketingTide shall not be held liable for any damages caused by harmful files. Use a virus scanner to check all files before downloading.

Feedback Score  

• Each gig’s feedback is formulated by your buyer’s feedback and how quickly you responded to the order.

Withdrawing Funds  

• An active Paypal  account is required to receive payments from MarketingTide.
• Funds are available for withdrawal 14 days after they are deposited in your account. There is a 2% fee of the total withdraw sum. Paypal charges the withdraw fee and MarketingTide does not make money of it.
• To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have a minimum balance of $3.00 If you do not reach the minimum amount of $3 within 30 days of the last payment and would still wish to withdraw your funds, you can submit a contact request and your funds will be processed manually.
• Make sure your Paypal  email address on account is correct and check the correct box, as withdrawals are final and can't be reversed.

Ordering Gigs

• Gigs on MarketingTide can be purchased via PayPal or a valid credit card (no PayPal account required).
• Your purchase is not sent to the service provider until payment has cleared.
• Your order can be canceled anytime prior to the service provider acceptance; once he or she accepts your order, it is too late to cancel your purchase.
• Service providers may reject your order if they cannot complete it on time. If this happens with your order, the funds will be placed in your MarketingTide account and will be available for purchasing other gigs on MarketingTide .
• Exchanging emails or other contact information is strictly prohibited.
• Transactions or payments conducted outside of MarketingTide is prohibited.

General Terms of Service

• Anyone participating in spamming will have their IP address permanently banned.
• There is only one account allowed per person. Never register more than one account per person. Doing so will get your account permanently banned.
• It is prohibited to use proxy servers to access MarketingTide.com and/or buy/sell gigs via proxy servers.
• If you have a dispute with a seller, use our contact form (see below). Never use PayPal  to reverse or request refund of the payment to MarketingTide . Doing so will put your MarketingTide account suspended. Always contact our friendly support!
• MarketingTide reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms and policies. Users with accounts on hold will not be able to sell or buy on MarketingTide.
• Violation of MarketingTide Terms of Service may get your account permanently blocked.
• Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from blocked accounts after a safety period of 45 to 90 days, depending on block reason, from day of last cleared payment received in their account and subject to MarketingTide approval.
• MarketingTide may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, MarketingTide will make a new copy of the Terms of Service available at http://MarketingTide.com/terms_of_service.
• You understand and agree that if you use Gigbucks after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, MarketingTide will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

Disputes

• We encourage our buyers and sellers to resolve issues between themselves. If for any reason this process fails, you can contact us here.
• If necessary, refunds will be deposit funds into your MarketingTide account, not refunded PayPal  accounts.
